@sucker4fiction I don't think Tite Kubo cares much about love interest, since he makes Ichigo so uninterested, I doubt anything love-related will happen, lol

That's also the case in other Shounen manga, a character may like another, but in the end, nothing could happen.

@blackflame100 :) it's true, they don't really have extraordinary powers like the rest...but if inoue was put in with the rest of the powerless bunch she would not be featured as much in the anime/manga, which a lot of fans wouldn't be happy about considering inoue is one of ichigo's potential love interests loll...or ulquiorra's apparently :O

@sucker4fiction I see your point, but why make her have powers anyway, besides, Ichigo's family and other friends are also vulnerable because they have no powers at all. But I can understand what you mean, she's not exactly a front line fighter.
