@abbas224 well u said thats why u train grapling into ur boxing , u know that most ppl dosent train boxing for self defence they train it for competions , and i know ppl that train mma and stuff and they trained for over half year in fact verry loong and they cant graple with boxing gloves eather , but then again ur overall look on boxing sport is kinda fail , sinse if u wanna do the sport and do well u train boxing only , not grapling incase referee attack u >,<
