As you may or may not know, Penn is for the legalization of all drugs. His rant was based on the fact that Obama wrote about his past illegal drug use as if it was a minor thing WHILE AT THE SAME TIME supporting and enforcing strict drug laws that give drug users harsh, long prison terms. Prison terms tha,t had Obama himself been sentenced to, would have ruined his life.
