not like multiplayer. you can actually record shorter clips off of the mp replays, not so for the campaign. it's a lot more work.

theres some cool stuff that you can do in replays that you cant do in campaign replays, partly because they almost didnt put the feature in campiagn at all. You cant record clips or rewind in campaign, but you can do those in multiplayer. And for some retarded reason, there's no skip forward function in either. The button's greyed out. Hopefully they're gonna send out an update that'll fix that.
