I find Brad Pitt to be a fairly good actor when he doesn't play the pretty boy.
I'm really looking foward to Inglourious Basterds.

i think brad pitts acting ability has been under rated he was excellent in inglourious basterds and also check out a film called kalifornia in which he played a serial killer he can act when he gets a decent role with a bit of meat on it

lmao someone aruging pitt is a bad actor because he does a "pointy figner thing" and "acts hot in his movies" (porbably wasn't asked to do thid? bahahaha) I am not a genius on actors but that is a shit argument.

Charlie Rose has to be the worst interviewer ever, he asks awful questions and takes forever to ask them, the interview consists of awkward questioning and digestive rumblings of an elderly coot.

@elvisfan22 He was being facetious.

Oh and also, The Assassination of Jesse James - seriously impressive in this. Anybody who thinks Pitt is a bad or average actor should watch that movie. Personally I think it's a masterpiece (the movie) and he is GENUINELY chilling in the role, genuinely makes you believe in his character with under-acting, he softly and gently plays into this psycho persona so so well. I actually think he'd be better cast in roles which would allow him to do that more often.

If you look at Pitt's career, he's made excellent role choices. He's purposely chose the odd, or stand-out or bizarre role that is more challenging and that breaks away from this 'pretty boy' claim made against him. And he's done some very impressive work. I mean, Seven, 12 Monkey, Sleepers, Fight Club, and Inglourious Basterds... impressive stuff. Tyler Durden is his most brilliant achievement thus far still though.

He called QT an "up and comer". He's been around since 1992!

He was great in the movie !!
yeah we really think that accent might've been his in-character Basterds voice, that's why I thought it was so interesting to post this. But it's not certain
