@surfz00 OMG, I really want to know how much you kids whiegh? I whieghed over 220 Ibs. and Im 6'3" and I do floaters and all the hardcore movez like floaters and have landed them all perfectly, and never snapped, cracked, or rarely even "pressure dinged" one of my boards, even in 10'+ breaking waves, sometimes top bottom. Even if I did land it wrong, lol, I dont think I would break a 2"1/2" inch thick board. I run into younger guys lie little, "But this Re-diculous, how many crazy stories I get.
-
so thin though aye, i broke it like 2 weeks after i bought it cause i tail dropped from a floater
-
just got one of the these with a sick spray job, epic board to ride
-
Birch you arent really wrong here... the board is very similar to the proton, but the board was still for Dane Ward. The board is VERY snappy and fits in the wave really nicely like the proton, the board also gets nice pop off the lip like the proton...
-
your right Bra, Ive used the newest type surfboards; including the firewire and the latest: carbon fiber, and this is definetly the top of line. Doesnt get any better than this, ever.
-
ive got this board, weighs a little under 5 pounds, ridiculous i know. Nothing i have ever ridden can turn as fast or as sharp as this board. Definitely not for the beginning surfer, so get some hours in on a bigger stick fore you take on the whiplash
-
omg i want that board!!! its so sick!
-
Heh, I think you're right. I stand corrected.

Anybody notice who he made the board for? Says "DANE" ...Subtle Biolos humor. The board is essentially an Al Merrick Dane Reynolds Proton...except Matt came up with the idea 4 years before Channel Islands. Nice.........

That board was actually made for Dane Ward. No subtle humor or pokes at Al Merrick. If he wrote "for Ward" then the guys at the surfboard factory would have been really confused.
