Today. I'm getting serious.. about helping you to get flexible. And there ain't NO stretching involved!!

Huh!?

I know 'stretching' has been the 'traditional' way of getting flexible...

But let's face it. It's out of date.

It's 2012. Comon' people. No more hamstring stretches at the beginning of class pleeeeeaze!

Your legs know why.

  • Thanks so much for the lesson! I could really feel a difference! What a change letting go of tension and becoming aware makes! I am so happy to learn this because I have always had allot of trouble stretching, it always just made me tighter and sore... I never really gained any flexibility and it was so frustrating!
