Thanks so much for the lesson! I could really feel a difference! What a change letting go of tension and becoming aware makes! I am so happy to learn this because I have always had allot of trouble stretching, it always just made me tighter and sore... I never really gained any flexibility and it was so frustrating!

I HAVEN BEEN FLEX IN HANSTRING FOR MONTHS....WHEN I BEND DOWN THE MOST I CAN TOUCH IS MY SHIN.....AFTER DOIN DIS EXRCISE I CAN TOUCH MY TOES HAHAHAHAHAHAH THX ALOT
