Musandam & The Zainab

Filmed in 2009 this short video clip shows two popular diving sites for divers living in the UAE. The Musandam, just over the border in Oman is without a doubt the best diving in the area. The video was shot at dive sites around the Lima region. No visa req'd for entry into Musandam.

The wreck of the Zainab shows just how good the diving can be just offshore of Dubai. The Zainab lies in 30m of Sea Water approx 45mins away from shore.

Over recent years many have said that diving in the UAE is simply no good anymore. This is not true, you just need to time your dives right and have a bit of luck.

With offshore construction halted for 12 months now, you can see the recovery of marine life and of the visibility.
