  • Muy limpia la subida del cuerpo. Lastima el brazo de arriba doblado, hubiera sido una bandera muy buena de no ser por ese detalle. Aun asi, fortisimo como siempre Ernesto. Desde la experiencia se que es un ejercicio dificilisimo y que llegar a levantarla con el cuerpo totalmente recto (y mas teniendo en cuenta la masa de tus piernas) requiere una fuerza descomunal.

  • Hey Ernest, how do you organize a workout built from calisthenics??? Do you separate it between pushing and pulling movements day by day???

  • How much do you weigh? You seem to have a lot of mass so I can imagine doing body weight feats like this must be very difficult!
