  • @Naidalis1 Like I say in the video- so the ramekins don't slide around inside the baking dish when you move it to the oven / take it out when cooked.

  • I put all my ingredients into the blender, it is alot easier.

  • if you don't have and oven you can cook this at a pressure cooker cover of the molds with foil and you can put rubber on to seal and i did this before i saw this video i use 8 oz cream cheese and 6 egg yolks and 1 whole egg

  • My wife thinks that I like Igrid Hoffman for other attributes but her cooking style and latin fusion on meals will eventually make us very fat and happy !
