The left guard took a negative step - hes gotta step with his left foot first - the scoop block up the backer would have been fluid - for that matter the TE Does as well - BUT the RB makes a good read with the 1 tech going backside.

Clearly Minnesota walked up the wrong receiver. You walk him to side w/ the 1-tech NT. Then the TE would have to block out on the LB or let him go free (Notice he's free on the backside and no one blocks him.). It makes those double team blocks harder to pull off and I doubt they even make it to the third level (safeties).

Great illustration but the lions didn't do everything right, the left guard blocks a LB right in the back. Which should of been called a block in the back.

Awesome block by the WR, knocks the Safety right into the pursuing LB and takes out 2 guys with one hit. Not bad for a "skill position"
