Gangs come and gangs go. They seldom make any difference in the crime rate. The crime rate is the same whether we have gangs or not. They're actually somewhat funny with their fantasy about what is cool and what is important...and they all try to come up with new ways to say the same thing. Most of them are simply dumb guys looking for a way to appear to be something they are not...like cool...or smart.
