it really doesn't matter what you wear it comes down to your people skills... the employer will make his mind up in the first 10 seconds of seeing you (we all do it) then from there its up to you to persuade or convince him you are the right person.. best thing to do is feed there ego eg. ask them about there store and say something that complement there service... people love to brag and talk about themselves. DON'T OVER DO IT.....

I've seen people wear windbreakers, jogging pants and dirty shoes to an interview as oppose to what I was wearing very clean cut, solid colors and they got the job and I didn't. Is there such a thing as being overly dressed for an interview?
