Judge "Grapefruit" Fogelman is evil. Pure evil. He knows he prosecuted innocent boys and sent one to death row.

Everyone who has actually looked at the case and has half a brain believes they are innocent or at the very least have not been proven guilty. People posting here that they are guilty can safely be ignored as they are really just trying to cause annoyance. They haven't actually done any research, and if they have and still believe they are guilty must have a brain the size of a peanut.

@k3w1b3an5 One of the big questions among so many is.. Do you really think they would let 3 people go that they thought murdered 3 eight year old boys ? Absolutely not. They let them go to save face and with a final forced confession to boot. Do you think 3 dumb teenage boys were capable of killing 3 kids with no evidence at all left behind ? no blood, no foot prints, no physical evidence and no witnesses.

@volhead49 Without bothering to cite links I've seen it mentioned numerous times that Jesse Miskelly originally gave the time of the murder as occurring in the morning when the 3 boys were in school. If you believe confessions are always the end all and be all in every case then you are sadly mistaken. I suggest you watch the story called "The Confessions" from Frontline on pbs(dot)org. 4 grown men confessed to a rape and murder they did not commit after. Hard to believe but true.

@k3w1b3an5 where did you get that from? he confessed twice in one day and then again months later, then again after his trial with his hand on the bible with no bearings whatsoever on his case bc he was already convicted, yet he confessed again. dan stidham said himself that if he could go find the whiskey bottle that jessie claimed to throw under an overpass, then he would believe him guilty but he renegged for some reason.btw jessies iq was 72 not 75.check out callahan.8k.com to get the facts

@volhead49 It's called a coerced confession. They happen far too often. Police are allowed to lie and threaten to get a confession, which they did. Jesse had an IQ of 75, that's borderline mental retardation. In his original confession he got NONE of the facts correct (because he didn't do it). The Judge refused the confession, the cops went back, told him what to say and got what they wanted, someone to charge with the crime to make them look good.

miskelly sat right there with stidham,his lawyer. and with his hand on a bible, confessed the whole murded again. this was the fourth time he'd confessed on tape, and yet stidham is still trying to say they're innocent? goes to show how powerful money is and the discard of morality it brings. and to think he's actually a judge now.
