This past Thursday, the Granite State Patriots Liberty PAC (that aids Liberty and Freedom groups and candidates here in NH) held a thoughtful and "conversational" style Presidential debate. No sharp tongued moderators (Paul Wescott of WGIR did a great job) here - a Constitutionally based question was asked and then the candidates were allowed to run with it.

This clip is the first question given to Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum

  • Frankly, I just cannot fathom HOW a conservative may prefer Santorum over Newt. Santorum's record is horrible and big government spending. He is only conservative on SOCIAL ISSUES.

When one compares their political records, their experience, their solutions and plans for restoring America's economy and greatness, their vision for the future of the country, it becomes crystal clear WHO must be the next president - Newt Gingrich.

  • I ♥ Newt!!! "This is the year to reset this country in a decisive, bold way. We need to teach the Republican establishment a lesson. We are determined to rebuild America not to manage its decay."

--Newt Gingrich, CPAC, February 10, 2012

Newt is substance. The others are talking points.

  • @izzylovesfox1 So, you are more interested in style versus substance? That is the real reason that we as Americans have the lack of viable candidates in the lead for the President of the United States.

  • Newt is laid back and professorial, giving a lesson as always. He's pro-government. I don't trust him.

  • I love his principles and integrity, but Santorum comes across as very insecure when he speaks, shifting his eyes back and forth, shaking his head too much and waving his right hand nervously.
