And on another note. I was raised by a single mother and my aunts and grandmother and well, I turned out just fine being raised in an all woman house. As a Catholic Christian, I follow the teachings of my church and gay marriage is not allowed (we do not believe gays are condemned to hell) But when it comes to separation of church and state, let people do what they want. Churches can say yes or no gay marriage and so can courthouses. Let people live their lives while you live your own.

In America we have freedom of religion and the ability to express our opinions. Many religions oppose to gay marriages within church because it goes against their teachings. The answer: Churches determine who can be married within the church and the State determines who can be married in a legal setting. But I mean you can live the life of a married person without getting married. And as long as a child is raised by loving people who cares?

How people are so ignorant when it comes to this. There are crack heads and other dumb ass people procreating just to abuse their children or abandon them. Marriage is a ceremony bringing two people that love each other together to take an oath to stand by each other forever. If you don't want to marry in the same sex don't do it. I don't see how the issue of gay marriage is over shadowing the fact he is trying to redefine rape, cut taxes only for himself and constantly flipping on subjects.
