My city has a organized ball hockey league and it's pretty much...usually i'm the goalie that saves my team from losing...anyways...yah, it gets really really hot in all of the goalie equipment when it's boiling hot out...my shirt was drenched in sweat when the game was over

nope. 2-0. Where it looks like the team shooting on the goal to the left scores a goal, the ball actually goes BEHIND the net.

Well, it was a tournament organized by friends, for friends (we all knew each other), but we all paid a $10 entry fee and the money went towards breast cancer research. The winners & runners up also got some prizes (beer & pint glasses etc.)
So it was for fun (an excuse to get together with friends and play some hockey), but also for charity!

Sure was fun . . . but believe me, the quality of the hockey deteriorated by this point. It was so hot (mid-July) and we had been playing for a good 4 hours.
