Yes, it was!!! I was like 'omygod they are no longer shooting me... wooow'. Did you notice also how the ura that still went on shooting you was killed by its own? Just. Wow.

I cried at the ending though. Especially at the credits when zulf's song was combined with zia's... holy crap!

My father whined to me that this was a Kid's game.

Then I told him that the Kid lost his mother at a young age and that all the money he'd worked so hard to collect for his mom had been stolen, Zia was basically held prisoner in the City while her father was absent almost all the time, and that Zulf's wife died the day they got married. Oh yeah, and everybody's dead.

Now, my father never comments on the games I play anymore.

that was probably the only time a game has moved me that much, and possibly make me shed tears, manly or not, and im not ashamed. they attack, but they stop, and one attacks, and the commander strikes him down. its really kind of a metaphor for peace i think, ad one race is willing the save the wounded of the other, regardless of the pain they caused him.

Let me repeat my self AGAIN.

You don't know Zia went with them until you find her, and she tells you she went with them willingly.

And yes, you can save your companions, the chance of that happening on the first time is small though, especially if you're experimenting with a weapon combo that's not working out.
