Don't be misled by Jones's public statement that he doesn't believe in reincarnation.

He has to believe that because if he came to the realization he is just another reincarnated tyrant struggling with his old adversaries, it would really screw up his noble agenda.

But isn't exterminating the human race rather than saving it also a noble agenda?
