Since 1998, San Francisco based Ludicra has been playing crustcore-influenced black metal to audiences around North America.
"Veils", from their 2006 release, Fex Urbis Lex Orbis (dregs of the city, law of the earth), is an epic journey of riffs. Opening with a haunting acoustic guitar riff then moving through myriad variations on the main theme with monster electric guitar tones, we're propelled all the while by the almost punk urgency of the drums and bass lines.
While it's easy to dismiss the vocals in many Dark Metal songs, Laurie Sue Shanaman makes use of her full range pulling you up to heaven and then crashing back down with both lyric and intensity.
Rockband 3 Pro-drums ready, with great guitar and drum solos to boot!
musicgamestudio.com makes game versions of artists songs.
