In this video I discuss how we can change our perception of anxiety, depression, stress, panic attacks and habitual negativity, and transform these conditions into powerful catalysts for personal development.

  • Was there a time when you thought very differently of people? In a negative sense?

  • @MattieCooper Absolutely! Nothing in this world is permanent though - even our feelings and perceptions.

  • Phenomenal Video... It's Crazy though, when I'm going through it, and I'm really feeling bad and sick, everyone looks at you like you're a lower life-form and gives off a wave of rejection and turn their backs faster then lightening.

  • @MattieCooper Almost all of us have been conditioned to avoid negative feelings at all costs and seek out only the pleasurable ones. That implies avoiding engaging with others who are struggling as well. That aside, there may also be an element of perceiving things to be worse than they actually are. I'm not suggesting this is the case for you, but it is often the case for many people. I've experienced it first hand many times!

  • @MrBobbyandJoJo The first few videos I uploaded covered a couple of nutritional approaches to dealing with stress/depression etc. There will be more similar videos in the future too. Take care man, Paul.

  • @AlomongerPete Yeah I do. In the south east at the moment. You?

  • I hear you so loud and so clear. When I graduated college I got a job as glorified door man, but what I really did was sanction myself as a slave. Then I really went to Slavery Hell doing over the phone customer service. Nightmare Slavery Bullshit! I feel NO HUMAN-BEING should be made to believe that this is appropriate for human life; it's Slavery, and the older I get the more correct I feel about that. The Government needs Slaves, needs people to believe they're weak. It's sick!

  • @ThreeTreasureTonic Thanks! You're absolutely correct--and I've been ULTRA Aware of it more of my life-- I do spend a lot of time analyzing how I am, perceiving myself as Awkward and a bit dime, and thinking that most people see me as a disgruntled old insecure dweeb. The fact of the matter is I have a great sense of humor, I'm open-minded and friendly, but all too often I overreact to times when I get too excited and someone can't translate my behavior, so they stop caring.

  • @ThreeTreasureTonic I've had over 12 years of essential psychotherapy, and sometimes I'm amazed at what's still lurking in the dark.

  • Thank you.
