@gordonjohnd Reality is a relative concept based on the perspective of the being using the word. When you look around and see the colors and shapes you see and hear the sounds you hear you're only viewing a piece of reality".There are soundwaves and scents around you either too high or too low for you to perceive. The rest of the spectrum of light is invisible to you,but there. If you've heard of the multiverse theory (not yet proven),there may be an almost infinite number of parallel realities

In the movie there is a real world. Which if you've seen the movie you know. So if there is a real world then why can't what we're in now be the real world. There has to be one on some level. So why can't we be in it now? I think people like to believe there is a matrix as they can't accept that this is the real world and it's fairly boring. People need some kind of fantasy such as a possible matrix to spicy up their boring existence.

The Bible explains all of this, but has been ignored. The matrix is nothing more than the tricks of Satan, to distract us from the Truth of Life that was given to us by the Most High, using our lustful senses of flesh. And now that we see the rotten fruit of Satan all over the earth (valley of the shadow of death), we need to wake up from it (be enlightened by the Truth that God's been trying to tell us forever). Funny how the works of Satan will eventually tell on him, and lead us to God.

consider what might happen if a tornado came through a junkyard and tore through the old cars; would it leave behind a nice new Mercedes with the engine running and no parts left around? Naturally not.
how could we look to the universe above us through a telescope or observe the cells in a microscope and then think all of this came about as a result of a "big bang" or some "accident"?
