Increase your punching power with this corrective exercise by improving static posture by strengthening the scapulo-thoracic muscle. The bands change the resistance profile by adding an over speed eccentric to the movement so you have to overcome resistance in the eccentric portion of the exercise as well. Simple but very effective.
