  • haven't heard this in over 10 years, having major flashbacks to my teenage years...

  • W B Yeats vowed when he decided to leave art in favour of poetry to put 'his very self into his poems', the brilliant Mr Kozelek, like all meaningful artists, does the same with his words and his music - and he has something of the pearl pale style of Yeats - check out the poems 'Never Give All the Heart' and 'The Song of Wandering Aengus' - not the same but in the same emotional key to me.

  • i hate this picture for some reason.

  • even better than the original, which is also great

  • @happykyle49 You narcissist!

  • @happykyle49 Nah, I'm pretty sure it would be "Who Let the Dogs Out".

  • My high school love put this on a mix tape for me, that was over 15 yrs ago...this song still slips into my soul and forces me to feel. Love it.

  • i'm somewhat shocked but not completely surprised that no one has commented on how perfect this video is for the song.

  • Been waiting for ages to find a decent upload of the piano version, thank you so much for this, you're a god to me from now on :D

  • I have never heard a sound that more accurately conveys this sort of finality. It's all over, here. And hasn't he thought it about it deeply already...
