Aitutaki Approach

Spectecular approach in to Aitutaki (AIT), Cook Islands.
Normaly the flights from Rarotonga fly straight in from the south. On this flight however, we made a low pass over the main island with a final approach from the north.
I've done a fair bit of flying, but this has been my best approach EVER.

@MRJEMOEDER123456 Haha, ja, dat was echt klote. Was niet de batterij, maar de geheugenkaart. Was destijd nog maar 2gb en we hadden al het een en ander geschoten.

I feel so lucky I had a chance to visit Aitutaki, it was absolutely one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to. Greetings to the "One Foot Island String Band"!

that remembers me on our own flight into aitutaki in may 2000. beautyful island and peaceful place, the most wonderful place on earth. thanks for the video. unfortunately i had at this time no digital camera, so only pictures remember us to this place. we will go again once.

Aitutaki is one of those places that's so peaceful and relaxing it feels like its own separate world where time itself doesn't really exist. It has an eternal quality about it.
