What does it mean to be a Zionist?

We had the opportunity to check out the Taking Back Zionist Event in NYC feturing Michael Steinhardt, Dr. Michael Oren, Dr. Elizabeth Greig and Ido Aharoni. With over 1,000 young Jewish professionals in attendance NYC showed its love and support for israel. The Birthright Israel Alumni Community put on this event to reconnect Taglit-Birthright Israel alumni to Israel and provide an environment where they can discuss, learn and enjoy eachers company.ake Back Zionism is an international movement to inspire a new generation to define the word Zionism in its own terms. Led by the Birthright Israel Alumni Community, this initiative encourages young men and women from all over the world to own their Zionism as a reflection of national and individual pride and as an expression of their highest ideals.
