Dzhambik Khatokhov: 23st 2lb (147 kg) at 9 years old

Now aged just nine, boy mountain Dzhambik Khatokhov weighs a staggering 23st 2lb. Believed to be the world's fattest child, he has adult size-eight shoes and weighs more than four of his classmates put together.
Dr Sergei Podulov, who examined him once in 2003 and once in 2004, said: "Dzhambik is absolutely healthy. He has no illnesses." He said Dzhambik's grandfather was also a "Bogatyr", a Russian word for a sort of gentle giant. Both the medical analyses end with the recommendation that he should wrestle and do sumo for exercise.

Idon't know what to think about this. He is a happy bot but I can see that his movement isn't fluid and is below average foe his age. I came here after watching body shock. He is tall as well as 'big' for his age but as we know there is so many diseases and syndromes that will make this poor boys life a misery unless treated. I think the mother is taking advantage of her sons 'disability' but if it means food on the table for all of them then why not. shame his life will be short :( xxxx

Poor boy he going to die before his puberty. I wonder if his mother would say then that he is healthy. Do you see how difficult is for him to walk? In a year he will be unable to move by himselt. So sad...
