  • I agree poetic justice. This officer killed my daughter's father when I was pregnant with her. He wasn't armed and had his hands in the air. This county is corrupt with cover ups. The man who finally shot and killed Officer Carper was the 3rd person that he had shot, and the 2nd he killed, in his 12 short years on the force. There are retired NYC cops and New Orleans cops who go an ENTIRE CAREER never once pulling the trigger. I do feel sorry for his family. God have mercy on his soul.

  • what do they fed those cops

  • Poetic justice

  • RIP Deputy Carper, I relize that this may not be the place to ask this but as I am not a police officer but hope to become one but I was corious about the horse, I know what it means but was wondering if they do it for all the fallen officers or just those that were mounted officers, I hope that no one gets upset over me posting this. His family will be in my thoughts and prayers.

  • God Bless Deputy Kevin Carper and Toledo, OH Police Detective Keith Dressel who was sadly lost in the line of duty one week before we lost Deputy Kevin Carper. Keith was three years younger then Kevin. God Bless The Dressel & Carper Families and our Law Enforcement Keeping Us Safe.

  • They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old.

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

At the going down of the sun and in the morning ...... We shall remember them.

    LEST WE FORGET
