This law also caused educators to start changing grades and lying about the actual achievement.
I agree that a problem exists, but there needs to be a better system. One that doesn't regulate grades but regulates educators. Kill the tenure of piss poor educators. With so many educators who want desperately to do good work having no job, it is disgusting that terrible ones are keeping them without a care for their students
