In 1991 when India dindnt have the bloody cash to pay for Oil imports because of the balance of payment crisis the IMF gave us a loan so tat u could put some petrol in ur scooter. I guess ur also one of those who loves to curse Nehru, Ghandi and others. Wants to enjoy useing his mobile phone which is largely due to FDI paid infrastructure and also curse FDI and Liberalization at the same time. Very Knowledgeable prof U are!!
