frozen grape juice via LN2

We were pretty ice creamed out at this time, so we went to make frozen sorbet. We poured grape juice into the bowl and mixed it with the rest of the liquid nitrogen. This was the coldest mixture of the night. It was so cold it split the plastic case around the stainless steel metal bowl. It also cooled the glass table underneath it enough to cause condensation on the bottom of the table.

The grape sorbet was so cold it would stick to your tongue a' la 'A Christmas Story." If you exhaled after taking a bite, a cloud of condensed water would come out of your mouth.
