I did 1/2 tsp/2/day of BS without molasses and had some side effects,

my abdom. got swollen internally with severe pain on my left hip joint down the leg and some water retention (adrenal), gone in 3 days after stopping intake.

@nancyruggeri why are you able to use the stuff -like the baking soda he has by arm n hammer is able to be used in cooking. Wouldn't that be considered food grade>>? The box he has is food grade,, you use it in cooking.
