  • Hey brother, great videos, I'm a fan. Do you ever do the similar lunge where you step in different angles, kind of "around the world" (step laterally, then step at 45 deg, then step straight forward, then switch legs, etc.)?

  • @taovas No I don't. I'm not a fan of forward lunges. Reverse lunges are far superior
