GREENVILLE, S.C. -- The Furman Paladins held their annual Pro Day Thursday and was attended by scouts from 17 National Football League (NFL) teams.

Four members of Furman's 2012 squad took part in the drills, including tight end/long snapper Colin Anderson, running back/kickoff return specialist Jerodis Williams, defensive end Josh Lynn, and safety Nathan Wade.

Anderson earned consensus Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) All-America honors in 2011 after catching 40 passes for 696 yards (17.4 ypc) and seven touchdowns. He finished his Paladin tenure with 90 receptions for 1,541 yards and a school tight end record 11 touchdowns. His career reception and receiving yard totals rank second in Furman history to former Paladin Luther Broughton (1993-96), who played four years in the NFL with the Philadelphia Eagles and Carolina Panthers.

Williams rushed for 1,170 yards and 11 touchdowns in 2012 after running for 1,055 yards and nine scores in 2011. His strong senior campaign, which featured a career best 239-yard, two-touchdown performance in a 45-24 win over Western Carolina this past season, helped him finish ranked fifth in school rushing history with 3,097 yards. His 29 rushing touchdowns mark the eighth most by a Paladin.

Lynn twice earned All-SoCon honors and racked up 163 tackles in his career, including 28 for-loss and 10 sacks. He also registered three fumble recoveries.

Wade was an All-SoCon selection who totaled 292 tackles in his career to go along with five interceptions.

The 2013 NFL Draft will be held April 25-27 at Radio City Music Hall in New York, N.Y.

Furman had four players on NFL rosters at the end of the 2012 season, including Pro Bowl fullback Jerome Felton (Minnesota), William Middleton (Jacksonville), Ryan Lee (New Orleans), and Ryan Steed (New Orleans). In addition, wide receiver Brian Bratton recently completed his sixth season with the Canadian Football League Montreal Allouettes, where he has played on two league champoinship teams.
