Hello. I also have Sandbox 2 but the interface of the steps I've tried to follow on this seems to be different.. I'm running on 32-bit Windows 7. The status bar when I open the texture editor seems to say 'Read-Only' and the texture doesn't change when I re-browse for my preferred texture. If you could help me out on this that would be great!

@sharinggannaruto hmm, been a while since i did sandbox, but i belive there's an icon(when u press it a list folds out where is says low medium high and sketch). it sshould be located at the upper left corner on the menubar....and by upper left, i mean upper leftish, around that area, hope that makes it for ya...if not....idunno:P

how you do this on farcry because i do that and it doesnt appear in painter what do i do (question why i use farcry instead of crysis... well my computer is total fag)

@Kilorasto well, i played a little farcry b4(extremely little), think it works slightly different, i think a guy named Xanthochori has some tutorials, sry i cant be of more help...
