These people are ex-shah supporters who ruled through terror and oppression and owned 90% of the country's wealth while the rest of the country lived in poverty-They do really care for the people of Persia only that they want the property they stole from their own people back-They sold out and allowed the country to become a puppet of the US government-They are in no position to judge the current government in Persia
@EspahbodSurna ...@EspahbodSurna ...Such a statement might seem wise to those in error, but would certaily find doubters among those aware of the facts.
A fact is that several US agencies did polls in Iran 3-weeks prior to the 2009-elections, finding these predominately young responders surprisingly unrestricted in their opinions. The results of these polls turned out to be within respective concurrence of each others findings, they projected at least a 2-to-1 victory for Ahmadinejad.
This poll throughout Iran more thorough than limit of the wealthy of key city, that of course would speak for Mousavi, but the greater population of both cities and countryside were those behind Ahmadinejad, and only agents like the US National Endowment of the Democracies, that is a well known tool for overthrowing governments... and yet $millions failed.
@rtpricetag --The problem with American foreign policy makers is the very point here you are self confidently expressing a generalized opinion about every event, like “if my dog is a Labrador then all dogs are Labradors”. The problem is here the very ignorance of people who think they have one head over everyone else’s head, and they prescribe what is good for Afghani is good for Iran and Pakistan.
@EspahbodSurna ...Pres-Carter 1977-81 was busy with the Zionist regime, while our US Shadow-Gov was gathering Mujihadeen/Al-Qaeda as Afghan "Freedom Fighters" to "Give Russia Their Vietnam". At the time using the CIA accnt and BCCI Pakistani bank to arm and train people that in war would totally devestate Afghan. The Iran Shah in last stages of cancer abdicated Office fleeing his SAVAK Secret Police mire to die 1980 of cancer in 1980. I only left out a little.
@EspahbodSurna ...Well, the total population of Iran is approx 71-million, with 92% Muslim, so I can imagine the smaller-wealthy number that want to eliminate the Islamic Republic with Shia Overseer for a 'let it all hang out' Western Cesspoll might see things a little differently.
Your recollections of Iranian recent history is very naive. The revolution was neither the will nor the act of the people of Iran. A good read of US- foreign policy during Carter is recommended.
@EspahbodSurna The US-Gov in 1953 used people like 2009 rioters to overthrow Iran Democracy and reinstall the Shah and SAVAK Secret Police. SAVAK tortured and murdered people for 26-years under the Shah, until 1979 in last stage of cancer the Shah fled (died 1980 of cancer in Egypt). Iran population in 92% Muslim, apparently there are still people the CIA can (use) in Iran.
The Islamic regime in Iran has proven to be the most prolific hostage taker in its entire history. Today 70- Million Iranians are hostages in the hand of these bastards.
