its called a tortillian you can get them in the section of craft stores that you get the drawing pencils from. they are fairly inexpensive

Canson 18x24 70lb paper and and i use many different brands of pencil, cretacolor, derwent, and staedler

@BrianAlanVH Could you be more specific about the paper. What kind of paper (ex. Bristol, Drawing paper, sketch, etc) and do you purchase it by the sheet or in a pad?
