David Satcher, 16th US Surgeon General, Director of the Satcher Health Leadership Institute, Director of the Center of Excellence on Health Disparities, and Poussaint-Satcher-Cosby Chair in Mental Health at Morehouse School of Medicine gives keynote address at the National Black Nurses Foundation's inaugural symposium on "Mental Health: Policy, Clinical, and Spiritual Implications" in Atlanta Georgia - March 23, 2009 at the Carter Center. The audience included healthcare professionals, policy makers, health advocates, leaders of the faith community, and others interested in improving mental health in underrepresented populations.
