@BeneProductions Right on man. I can play this on my acoustic but instead I fret the low E with my 3rd finger and make the D with the others. So I didn't really realize I could hit the 6th fret with my thumb and still be able to finger that D. Then you add the hammer-ons (now possible because my fingers are freed up) and it just makes that distinct sound, That's what makes or breaks that part. Sounds so much better on my electric now. Thanks for showing me man.

@TheBobvela you mean the chorus,is just chords with some licks..put your thumb or slide him to 6 fret and the 1 & 2 fingers is like a D chord but in the 5 fret and use the 3 finger to do the lick,it is a hendrix lick,you dont need to play the lick if u dont want will be fine too,next chord is your thumb in 5 fret and keep the 1 & 2 fingers in the same place and remove and back two times the 2 finger in last use or pink in 8 fret..and go to the easy chords C,G,Bb,F/A or just F,G without 1 finger.
