I always thought that the headless knight was voiced by Paul Frees, since his evil laugh sounds like that of Boris Badenov, who was also voiced by Frees.

I always liked the last version w/ the guy with the real deep fuked up voice & the high pitch guy who sounds like Mickey kinda. all-ways real hard to find version, so thanks for posting all versions iv ever herd!

Oh you just don't get sound design of this quality these days.

One minor error: with the exception of the flute only, all of the recordings of the Phantom Five instruments were recorded normally and played back normally in the final version. Even though it was reported in P.O.V. that one take of the oboe track was recorded backwards, that take was not used in the final mix, nor was a backwards recording of the trumpet used. The flute was the only backwards track that made it into the mix.
