  • hey...thank you so mch for your video. You are a very smart man, and you have a lot to say. You made me think about a lot of things, and I appreciate you making this video. Keep it up!

  • THank you. More coming soon!

  • I haven't really watched any of Boh3m3's videos, but i have enjoyed others speaking directly at me, or watching short films. The honesty or real life, and the creativity can be really fantastic. But people have to do what they want- not what I, you or anyone else wants.

    Err...Banana hammock.

  • I agree with this still. You are very insightful as always :)

  • Cogently insightful and yet infused with hope. I can picture you as a lecturer at a major university at some point in your career.

  • I've seen terrible YouTube videos since being on, but I wouldn't want to mention them either because I wouldn't want to publicise them or because I'd rather find a better video. By the way check out the BBC's Video Nation webpage. It has been running for years and used to be five minute shorts between television programmes - now it continues on the Internet and all the old videos are also archived there.

  • Which makes me think it is less about actually hating the video or the person making it than riding on the coattails of the video, especially if it is by a successful poster -- in a way all comments are like that, such as my long spiels, but a quick insult is perhaps the only thing people can think of to say rather than a reasoned response, even if that response is still to tell the video maker that they disagree with them!

  • . I get upset at TV programmes sometimes saying they are terrible, but that is mainly directed at the way the schedules force a narrow range of programmes onto the air -- same sometime with films in that formula seems prized over originality. YouTube has such a range of content that it doesn't force anyone to watch -- you don't have to sit and wait for the next video to start -- if you hate it turn it off and move on to the next one!

  • These people have obviously watched the videos though, and in the case of some youtubers videos I've seen comments from the same person again and again saying they didn't like his vids etc! It seems childish since there is no compelling reason to do or watch anything on YouTube.

  • About people attacking others for making videos - I don't understand it, or rather I don't like trying to understand it. Since making comments is much easier (and relatively anonymous) than making videos I assume that its not pre-meditated, just an off the cuff "that's crap!" or "I hate you!" remark.

  • What I'm getting at is that despite the upgrades it is inevitable this new computer will go the way of the old one since there are new developments like the Windows Vista OS and HD-DVD or Blu Ray coming. It's about making the most of what you have available at the time, and knowing the difference between important upgrades and ones you can live without for a while! It's more difficult now that pace of change can be measured in 5 or 10 years rather than 15 or 20.
