dear janice and sonia,

i can't even put into words what a gift your mother's testimony was to me tonight. i am currently 17 years old and my mother has been battling cancer for the past 3 years. she has been told she will past within a couple months...and everything you described has been so relatable. your mother's testimony and her love for god reflects that of my own mother. i may not be able to see that joy yet, or rejoice yet..but very soon the Lord will provide me all the comfort i need.

Hey. I understand what you're going through as both my parents died to cancer... They both told me before they passed away to maintain my faith and I am sure your mother would want that for you as well. Remember that the temporal life here is meaningless and that eternal life is awaiting your mother.
