@Matthew2649 It's for sure a contrabass clarinet. I've seen 'em. I play a wimpy old Bb clarinet, but I'm familiar with clarinets all shapes and sizes.

Lovely dynamics and shading from this superb, richly-instrumented and obviously dedicated group (yes, a contrabass clarinet for sure!). Very fine interpretation of one of Sousa's best marches. I love that opening strain, and how the clarinets echo the melody last time through. The boy didn't miss many tricks--why he's almost as good as Karl King!

I played this my freshmen year and its nothing compared to this! and I'm playing it again, but on oboe, not clarinet XD and the oboe part is hard XD
