One Tree Hill - Season 4, episode 15 "Prom Night at Hater High". Brooke goes to Peyton's house after Chase breaks up with her and she eggs her house. The two get into a fight and end their friendship.

I love this scene. Both girls are in the wrong but the reason Brooke cut Peyton out wasn't just because she said she liked Lucas. It's because they kissed. Again. Imagine being in Brooke's shoes and finding out that the two people who betrayed you did it again. It's bound to hurt like hell.

Huh? Peyton and Lucas were messing around behind Brooke's back in S1. They never had sex, but were kissing behind Booke's back.

@missisfreddiemercury they kinda did in the first season where they started to make out behind her back and didn't tell her or something at first but in this fourth season peyton didn't actually go after him in after or during brooke and lucas' relationship the second time around, i love how peyton doesn't actually tell lucas how she feels until she knows for certain that brooke and lucas are over for good it totally shows how loyal of a friend she is and that she cares

I like this scene - it really shows the dynamics between the two. It's sad that they can be so teared apart by boys. This is one of the only scenes where I have to side with Peyton on some levels. "I needed my best friend, but you cut me out because I was honest with you!" That is a great line and she delivers it brilliantly. These two work so well together.
