dude. seriously, you're the man. that was amazing!! i know you just came out with this one, but I can't wait for your next one to come out. I tip my hat to you.

One word: awesome.
The video editing was a sure bet and the song was perfectly deconstructed and looped. No minor failure lessens the final result.

I'll be just one more waiting for the next video.

What a totally thoughtless and unnecessary comment. I get surprised from all the things people say on the internet. It's incredible.

Totally Soulless.

ey Johnny, first of all : amazing use of your rig creation you have there. enjoyed your performance alot !!. i came upon you while checking out the alesis pro track and didnt even think about looping, even though its so obvious of a major gain for this setup..
my question is : while you performing a song (looping) is it still possible to record the whole output with the iphone\ipod also ... i.e. with bias iprorecorder or similar..??
greetz from germany.. keep jammin..!thanks heaps

Nothing looks worse then grafitti in the background and a clean fixed up dude on a polished wooden chair in the foreground. Great preformance though!

Was this done in multiple takes? The close up camera should be visible in many of the other shots... unless it was way off with a zoom lens, which doesn't seem likely.

this should have a lot more views

lol 10 sec looper is nothing!

Very nice!

great work man. time to add some more vids.
Questions: I've read that the Alesis Protrack that it does not support in-put and out-put simultaneously. Is this why you needed to re-plug your guitar in everytime you had to you it??? Thus does this mean you cant successfully use the microphone whilst the guitar is plugged in?
your video is Brilliant mate. been looking for a looping options for my guitar and bass playing and you've made me really look into your system! its fantastic
Keep it up!

@07mOntAk30 From what I've seen and played with so far, it does not support in-put and out-put simultaneously, BUT you can have your headphones plugged in directly to your iPhone/iTouch etc and you get the same feature. So having said that, you CAN use a guitar and the microphone at the same time, but the sound is not that great (which is why I would unplug and replug often)
Thanks though! I've got a good line up of new videos coming soon so keep posted!

hi mate, could i ask you a question about the looper? Say on the first loop. How do you set it to record just once and then when it comes around again just play that section without having to touch the ipod? (If you are playing the guitar for example and have no free hands). Mine just seems to start recording over what i have just recorded, if you understand?

@Carljack80 What you need to do is:
1st: Set the tempo
2nd: Have to loop stopped completely
3rd: click on one of the empty tracks, it will turn a different color
4th: click the screen with two fingers (this will start the tempo and will cue the recording.
So lets say u set it to: 120.00 BPM at 16 beats (all this is under "Click Track Generator".
Once you've followed these steps, you will wait 16 beats and when the loop starts over again it will record automatically, then stop after the 16 beats
