Just me doing some bag work by myself before my bjj session.
I'm a bit rusty on my stand up since school has cut off my martial arts intensity
This is a great warm up for me, especially cause I dislike cardio such as running, etc.
Most of these techniques are muay thai/mma techniques, since wing chun is pretty difficult to do on a punching bag and bjj needs the bag on the ground haha.
I know my technique isn't the best and it needs quite a bit of work on
so I am open for any constructive criticism
