Heres a refreshing summer thirst quencher that is 100% natural, inexpensive, and has NO calories! Its a great way to beat the heat and making the waistline smaller at the same time! Drinking plenty of water is essential in fitness, it doesnt matter if you are trying to gain muscle or lose fat - lots of water is the key. Sometimes plain water can be a bit boring but seltzer (carbonated water) and lime is always refreshing. You can buy cabonated water at the store in 2liter bottles, make sure it is labled as "Seltzer Water" to insure that it is plain carbonated water with nothing else added. You can also make your own seltzer water with an old fashioned seltzer bottle, its as fun to make as it is to drink - kids love it! Its a great way to wean kids off from unhealthy canned beverages. If you dont have fresh lemon or lime, you can substitute concentrated lime juice - it tastes just as good and its more convienient. So remember when you are hot and thirsty this summer - think seltzer and lime, its the healthy alternative!

Anyone can be healthier, have more energy, sleep better, and feel better about themselves through bodybuilding. Bodybuilding doesn't have to be expensive or take a lot of time, gyms are great but home workouts can save you time and money. A cheap dumbbell set from a garage sale or walmart is all it takes to get started with your home workouts.

  • I agree completely with Evilcyber! You need food to live, cutting back too much can be very dangerous. If you want to lose fat, I would recommend that the fastest you do it is the rate of 2lbs per week. Check the charts on my website to see how many calories per day that would be for you (or use Lose It, or the hackers diet website)

  • Salt causes water retention (bloat) not water or carbonated water.

  • I agree completely with TheDrumSpecialist. I dont like training forearms because they get lots of exercise anyway. Doing a targeted workout could easily lead to tendinitis, it does for me anyway.

  • mskr666,

There are lots of steroid experts out there, I'm not on of them :(

  • Hey italianstuddmuffin, sorry I've never bought one of the over-the-doorframe pullup bars personally so I cant guarantee you that they wont mark the door. Several of them claim "no-mar", not that it means anything. Anybody out there used one of these???

  • whats the name of this drink at 1:10^^ is it soda water??

  • Hey scooby... (im only writing this here cos im not able to email you)

Anyways im looking for a decent pull up bar, i was going to buy an iron gym but after many arguments with my dad i was not able to buy one as he claimed it would damage and mark the door frames

So my question to you Scooby, are there any pull up equipment you would recommend that does not cause damage

(Im 18 years old , i exercise cardio 2-3 times a week for 30mins, lots of crunches and weight lift at least 3 hours a week)
