**Our new and improved stanchion** www.splittoeranch.com Theese stands are great for fitting, hoof trimming, milking, or shearing. They lift from 5" to 32", with a 2000 lb. trailer jack..headpiece is braced underneath back to the platform cross bracing, making them super sturdy..no wiggles or play at all. (they use theese lifts to raise 700 lb. snowmobiles, and atv's also)
Stanchion is fully adjustable..not like most with holes drilled in increments of 1" or 2", and lays completely flat to load LARGE horned animals effortlessly, from 4" to 35" high, and 0 to 10" in width, with adjustments on both top and bottom.
All adjustable parts tighten with a quick adjust "T" handle.
Siderails attach very securely, and also have "t" tighteners..
Platform size is 42" long x 22" wide, with 3 cross braces, and lifts easily with a cordless drill, or electric drill...manual crank models also available..
Can't deny that a platform is very helpful for handling even full sized goats. Ever heard of a ramp? Or steps? You can use straw bales. Goat can climb fences, straw bales will be no challenge

Interesting concept and probably long overdue. Can you show your milking stanchion option? I see no place to hang buckets grain, etc.
