Assembly of European Regions' (www.aer.eu) Spokesman Richard Medic was arrested after Belgian Special Police were alerted to Subsidiarity Man's plans to free climb the Residence Palace in Brussels (in fact they mistakenly thought he was going to climb the EC's Berlaymont building). He was set to hang a huge banner facing EC President Barroso's office as part of the launch of AER's worldwide "Subsidiarity is a word" movement.
You must understand, it is the European Headquarters. Dozens of cameras hanging around and maybe have seen him doing something suspicious, so, they took him to the police for further questioning. It's just normal reaction in time of terrorism.

you idiot didn't do your homework, Belgium is guilty until innocent, and it takes you about a year before you get to explain yourself to a judge.
