i see this but i just don't get the concept I try it all the time but I just don't understand this motion, its wierd because I"m not even a pull ball hitter I hit everything up the middle

From experience with travel teams and allstars, if you like to pull pitches, then think about hitting the ball middle/away as in the other part of the field. It naturally gets you to wait so when you get something slow outside, at least you'll be able to hit it up the middle instead of bringing it to your pulling side. it depends how old you are, but you should be striding and loading as the ball is released. did that help?
